Project Spotlight: Oralabs – Metal-Over-Metal Retrofit | Parker, CO
We partnered with Oralabs, a leading medical manufacturing company in Parker, Colorado, to complete a 120,000 square foot standing seam metal-over-metal roof retrofit. The existing metal roof had reached the end of its service life, and the client needed a long-term solution that would not disrupt day-to-day operations inside the facility.
Using the Roof Hugger structural retrofit system, we installed a new roof directly over the existing one—eliminating the need for a costly and time-consuming tear-off. New ISO insulation was added to meet current energy codes and improve thermal performance throughout the building.
To streamline installation and ensure precision, we roll-formed all Berridge Z-Lock standing seam metal panels on-site at rooftop level using our own portable manufacturing equipment. This allowed for better material control, reduced waste, and a faster, more efficient installation.
The completed system is backed by a 20-year watertight warranty, delivering durability, energy efficiency, and peace of mind for years to come. This project highlights our expertise in complex retrofit systems and our commitment to quality and innovation in commercial roofing.
