Justice Candelaria has been a dedicated professional in the commercial roofing industry since 2006. Starting in production teams and focusing on service and maintenance, Justice developed a deep understanding of roofing systems, project execution, and long-term building solutions. This extensive hands-on experience has been instrumental in his current role as Operations Manager, where he oversees projects, coordinates teams, and ensures quality and efficiency across all operations.
Outside of the roofing world, Justice is passionate about motorsports, riding Harleys, and spending quality time with his family. He is also deeply committed to his community, volunteering as a coach and director of Level 1 Basketball for a local nonprofit youth sport organization. Over the years, he has coached soccer, volleyball, football, baseball and basketball, while also participating in numerous community events to support youth sport development. Justice brings the same dedication and leadership to his professional work as he does to his community efforts, making him a trusted and respected figure both on the job site and in his local community.
Tim Avila has been in the roofing industry for over 35 years. He began working in the roofing industry in 1990, Joining Local 51, where he attended the apprenticeship program for four years. Tim has been an active roofing Superintendent/PM for 18 years. The roofing industry has given Tim great opportunities to face new challenges, continuing to set and meet goals, and strive for success.
Tim and his wife are a blended family with seven children – five who have begun their own ventures in life and two in high school who also play competitive soccer. In his free time, he enjoys family time camping, fishing, and watching his daughters compete in soccer. Soccer consumes most of his free time as it takes his family on adventures throughout the US to watch their daughters compete.
Sierra Fisher is a seasoned professional with over seven years of experience in the green energy sector, specializing in solar technology. Building on this expertise, she has transitioned into the commercial roofing industry, where she continues to excel in project coordination and administrative management. Sierra is highly skilled at fostering collaboration among diverse teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and successfully. Her ability to align resources and maintain clear communication has made her a trusted contributor to organizational goals and client satisfaction.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Sierra enjoys a variety of creative pursuits, including crafting of all kinds and working with her hands. She is an avid reader and passionate gardener, finding joy in both literature and cultivating vibrant outdoor spaces. Sierra shares her home with her husband and their beloved flame point cat, Alice, creating a warm and welcoming environment that reflects her love for creativity and connection.
Michael Weaver joined the commercial roofing industry in 1991 as an apprentice roofer and has built decades of experience across all aspects of the roofing trade. He holds an ICC F-14 National Standard Roofing Certification and brings strong leadership and technical expertise to every project.
Michael proudly served 18½ years with the Colorado Army National Guard before being medically discharged in 2018. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren and competes in APA pool, qualifying for the national championship multiple times.
With more than 25 years of experience in the commercial roofing and building envelope industry Alex is a respected leader known for building high-performing teams, managing complex projects, and driving operational excellence from the field to the executive level.
Currently serving as a Roofing Division Manager for Haselden Restoration Services, Alex was brought in to build a new division from the ground up. He oversees all aspects of operations, estimating, client relations, and strategic planning. He has also developed and implemented a comprehensive rooftop maintenance program and played a key role in establishing national account partnerships.
His previous roles include serving as Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Sales at multiple commercial roofing and waterproofing companies. In these positions, he led cross-functional teams, developed systems and processes for growth, and worked closely with business development personnel to expand into new markets. He has consistently been responsible for full-cycle project execution, from preconstruction through closeout, on both large-scale and complex commercial projects.
In addition to his executive experience, Alex also owns and operates a consulting firm focused on infrared building envelope inspections, further enhancing his technical knowledge and value in restoration and diagnostics.
Starting his career in the field, Alex rose through the ranks from laborer to foreman, project manager, and eventually into leadership and ownership roles. His deep understanding of every layer of the roofing industry allows him to approach projects with a balanced perspective that merges field expertise with business strategy.
Craig Pannell brings more than 34 years of hands‑on experience in the roofing and architectural sheet metal industry, having started his career at just 15 years old installing shingle roofs. Over the decades, he worked his way up through the ranks by learning from every mentor and teammate he encountered, developing a deep passion for doing things the right way and continually honing his craft. Known for his strong leadership, advanced problem‑solving abilities, and commitment to operational excellence, Craig excels at managing complex projects, streamlining processes, and delivering high‑quality results. He values integrity, honesty, and teamwork, and he believes that success comes from surrounding yourself with great people. With a vast and continually expanding knowledge of the industry, Craig is a reliable, accountable professional who is always willing to go the extra mile to set his team and company apart.
Outside of work, Craig enjoys a life rooted in family and the outdoors sports such as his favorite side-by-side, 4-wheeling, and any kind of off-roading. A former bull rider, he continues to embrace adventure through hunting and spending meaningful time with his kids and their dogs. Whether on the job site or off the clock, Craig brings dedication, resilience, and a genuine passion for everything he does.
