Our team was tasked with replacing a failing roof on a local healthcare facility—a high-profile project that required precision, planning, and flawless execution. Project Highlights
The project involved removing the existing roof down to the structural deck and installing a new, high-performance roofing system backed by a 20-year manufacturer warranty and a 5-year HRS workmanship warranty. The work required massive logistical coordination to move all debris and new materials safely from the front parking lot to the crane staging area, using trucks, trailers, and 15 dumpsters rotated on crane days.
To accommodate deliveries, the receiving dock was shut down every Thursday morning to allow a 300-ton crane to lift all tear-off and new materials. By Friday, the dock was fully operational, minimizing disruption to the hospital’s daily operations.
